After caffeine

Well, it has been a while since I quit caffeine. It has been a while, the end of August. After the first week, which I survived with paracetamol, everything got better. Much better, but still, I would always want some coffee. It is now, when I feel so much better and I do not have that need to drink coffee anymore. I am impressed to see how my workmates really need a coffee. Instead, I take perhaps a cup of hot chocolate, or just a yogurt. It has been a huge change. Sometimes I have taken some coffee, but the effects are so obvious, that I rarely would like to have another coffee again. First goal, succeeded.

Don't mess around with Jim

Someone told me once that is not worth fighting the wind, but together around or something like it. I am guessing from some sailing experiences. It is so true, that it is amazing how this approach still used sometimes, normally because one is not aware that that you are fighting against is the wind. I hope.

Today, as it is today, I start a personal road. Things I believed and I wanted to change myself, and did not have the conviction to do it so far. Today, I am quitting caffeine. No more coffee or stuff like it. Why? I would recommend googling a bit. However my main reasons, are tiredness, mood change together with coffee, and concentration decrease. It seems trivial things, but I do know the consequences of caffeine, and though I quit sometimes, not long enough. There is nothing better as not drinking coffee for some days, and then drink it again. It is really awesome excitement.
